Baby is a big, beautiful 20-lb. girl with a big personality to match and an abundance of love to share. One of her most appealing attributes is her affection for people, and her favorite place to be is right by your side, relaxing on the couch, in your lap, or snuggling in bed. Baby really enjoys watching TV and is one of those dogs that can actually recognize animals on the screen. When she sees one, she will run to the TV to check it out! At 10 years of age, Baby is still a very active girl, so she requires regular walks, runs, or time to play in the yard. She LOVES to play and chasing a tennis ball is a favorite game. She also enjoys ... (Read More)squeaky toys. Baby is house trained, but she does not ask to go out. She is a dog of routine and is used to going out three or four times a day. She is not crate trained, but her house manners are excellent, and she can reliably be left loose indoors alone without concern. Baby knows and obeys the verbal commands 'sit,' 'come,' and 'wait.' She also knows how to shake and roll over! Baby is friendly and outgoing when meeting adults, but she doesn't like to be picked up or chased. Fast-moving hands make her very nervous, and if she feels threatened, she will warn with a growl and show of teeth. She is especially fearful of children, and for this reason, an adult-only home is recommended. Baby would love to be the center of your attention, but she would also be fine sharing your home with other pets. Loyal, intelligent, affectionate, and funny, this very special girl will make someone an amazing companion. ========================================================================================If you are interested in adopting Baby, please go to New Rattitude's website at http://www.NewRattitude.org/adopt.htm, where there is detailed information and a link to our adoption application.
